Their goal is to “provide our clients with the real estate experience we’d want for our family and friends.” This January, the group’s own Director of Senior Services will be offering a three-part seminar series at Holly Creek Life Plan Community in Centennial. Each session will include key strategies to instill confidence and successfully sell your home.
The first session—Decluttering and Where to Start—will be held Tuesday, January 11th. This seminar will offer tips to take control of the decluttering process. Learn how to simplify the process of downsizing and ensure a well-planned, coordinated move to your new home.
The second—How to Best Spend Those Pre-Listing Dollars—will be on Tuesday, January 18th. It will provide valuable insights on how to spend your maintenance and renovation dollars before listing a home. Find out which features will successfully sell your house and tactics to determine which upgrades will achieve the maximum sale value.
The third seminar on Tuesday, January 25th—Successfully Preparing Your Home for Sale—will focus on preparing for listing your home, including the essential tricks of staging, what to expect the week of listing and how to avoid sitting on the market for a prolonged period of time. The Stellar Group will present strategies for creating an environment that makes potential buyers want to live in your home.
